1. Drink Plenty of Water

Drink plenty of water over the next 24 hours
Water helps flush the contrast dye out of the body through urine
This reduces the load on the kidneys

2. Resume Normal Diet (Unless Advised)

In most cases, you can eat normally after the CT scan
If you were fasting, start with light food
