Human brain 🧠 bleed clothing and it's Types of hemorage ( bleed).

How many types of hemorrhage or bleed in brain ?

There are four types of hemorrhage.

  1. (EDH) Epidural hemorrhage/ extra Dural hemorrhage.
  2. (SD H) Subdural hematoma.
  3. (S A H) Subarachnoid hemorrhage.
  4. ( I C H ) interacreanial hemorrhage.
  5.  Contusion.

  • E D H Epidural or EXTRA DURAL HEMORRHAGE

A epidural hemorrhage occurs when blood accumulates between the skull and Dura mater, the thick membrane covering the brain. They typically occur when a skull fracture.

  • (S D H) Subdural hemorrhage :-

A pool of blood between the brain and it’s outermost covering.

A subdural hematomas is a type of bleed inside  head. More precisely, it is a type of bleed that occurs within the skull of head but out side the actual brain or tissue. the brain has three membranes layers or coverings (called meninges) that layer between the bony and brain tissue.

  • (SAH) Subarachnoid hemorrhage:-

Bleeding in the space between the brain and tissue covering the brain.

Subarachnoid hematomas is a type of stroke that can be caused by head injury. Many patient without head injury S A H is most commonly caused by a blood vessels aneurysm.

The most common important symptoms.

Head injury or trauma followed by loss of consciousness, a period of alertness, than rapid Deterioration back to un-consciousness.

Nausea or vomiting.

Confusion.

Dizziness.

Drowsiness or altered level of alertness.

Enlarged pupil in one eye.

Headache (severe).

  • Contusion

Cerebral contusion are scattered aeria of bleeding on the surface in the brain parancima Most commonly along the under surface and poles of the frontal and temporal lobe.

  Symptoms

Many patients with cerebral contusion have hade a serious head injury with a loss of consciousness. Cerebral edema or swelling typically develops around contusion within 48 to 72 hours after injury.
